Thanks to bu11zeye for sharing this bottle. The beer pours a dark yellow color with a white head. The aroma is heavy on the raspberries with some wheat notes. I don’t get much, if any, sourness in the aroma. In the flavor, I get some raspberries, sugar and some light tartness. There is also a little bit of funk in the aroma, but it is hidden behind the fruit notes. Medium mouthfeel and medium carbonation.

Dark horse raspberry lambeak. 750ml bottle. Thanks to bulldog for the trade.. Pours a muddled cidery orange brown with floating raspberry fruit bits suspended throughout and topped with a thin wispy white head... Aroma is muddled raspberry without a funky profile but more fruity in nature. Not too acidic but somewhat sour... Flavorwise is much of the same with muddled raspberry flavors with a small amount of acidity to go along with it. Decent body and carbonation. Not bad at all. 7/3/7/4/15

Tasted on 4/10/11 from a bottle, thanks Kan. Pours cloudy orange-red with a very thin collar of lace, but no head. The nose is super sour and funky with fresh raspberry and some vanilla. The flavor is very sour with ver jus, fresh raspberry, bread malt, lemon acid, not as much funk as I would like. The body is medium with light carbonation and a long sour raspberry finish.

Bottle thanks to bu11zeye. Pours murky orange, fizzy head. Aroma is tart with raspberry notes. Flavor is acidic and same as aroma. Light, fizzy body. Good stuff.

Huge gusher, and I mean HUGE!! Bottle pours hazy orange/red with a white head. Aroma shows big lactic goodness with notes of raspberry, lemon, and funk. Flavor shows the same with additional notes of cheese, onion, shallot, and garlic. Very strange.

Reddish orange pour. Pours, well I’d like to tell you how the bottle poured. But the fucking thing gushed to the ceiling. Lost 3/4 of the bottle. WHAT. THE. FUCK. Aroma is cheesy and berries with a good sour scent. Flavor is not nearly as sour as the aroma. I was really sad to lose most of this on my floor. Dammit.

Bottle. Orange-red opaqueness in the glass. Not much head. Sour as hell nose with vibrant whiffs of raspberries. Mellower in the mouth...but nice clean somewhat sweet raspberry and complimenting sourness. Some powdered sugar sweetness really accentuates the fruitiness. A little perfumy essence around the raspberry. I still enjoy this beer because its not too shabby and its clean, for the most part.

Bottle shared with dasilky, weeheavy and others. Bottle was a huge foamer butquickly subsided to a flat grapefruit colored beer. Strong sour aroma. Very nice. The flavor is not as great and sour, but is smooth and drinkable. Yum
