3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
This one grew on me to a degree. At first I thought the palate was missing depth, but after a few more sips I realized it filled in the depth reasonably well. This isn’t a great beer, but it is good. Aroma is dank. Color is a golden copper. It tastes of juicy tropical and citrus fruit, with a nice orange and citrus rind hops bitterness and a decent malt sweetness in the backbone. Not bad, really.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Pours an initially clean golden amber with two fingers of off-white head. Nose is kind of malty with some crystal malt, herbal hop notes, fruity tones, and piney quality. Malt and crystal grain forward in the flavor (meh) with some herbal and piney hop notes. A slightly fruity quality in there but mostly just muddled. Medium light bodied and not quite dry.

3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 11/20
12oz bottle from TRT. Poured a deep honey amber with a smaller tight foamy super light beige head. Aroma started off all grainy malts but with some warmth notes of honey, careamel sweetness, and a hint of citrus rind. Flavor is brown bread, honey topped crust, earth. Sort of meh for an IPA but that’s Apollo hops for you.

3.2 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Pours deep orange, nice cream head and lacing. Aroma is an earthy floral, spruce and a hint of tropical fruits; a little underwhelming. Taste is malty, some pineapple and somewhat doughy, moderate carbonation. It’s decent and I’ll finish the rest of them, but probably wouldn’t purchase again.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Light amber, big soapy bubbles/foamy light head, good lace, no yeast pour. Low aroma, mineral, slight floral, big disappointment. Taste is medium light sweet toffee malts, some hop citrus, very slight fruit. Tastes like a malty ipa. I don’t know which single hop ipa is more disappointing, I guess this one because it seems the yeast gives a soy sauce beef jerky vegetable thing to this beer, this one doesn’t as Ive poured it off the yeast, yet there is next to no hop character. Moderate bitter, more of a neutral hop with a more malty than average character. I think their labels are kind of messy, their artistic expression is somewhat interesting but sloppy
