12oz bottle from The Beer Shoppe (Ardmore PA). Shared with Bob F. after work. Pours a clear dark amber color with a small foamy white head. Aroma of sweet caramel, old citrus citrus fruit, and apricots. Taste of piney bitterness, caramel malt, grain, grass, and a yeasty aftertaste.

Tap at Happy Gnome. Murky gold-orange pour with a spotty head. Getting some citrus and resin in here, but also some soap. Kind of a strange bitterness midway back on the tongue. Not my favorite.

Bottle from ck1, thanks bro! Pours a coppery amber with a bit of a white head. Some streaky lacing. Aroma has fresh fruits, citrus and pine, with some earthiness and some caramel. Taste is of tangy pine, some grapefruit, some mango and a solid caramel malt backbone. Tangy and somewhat fruity with a medium body, it finishes slightly more bitter than sweet, with a blend of the two. Shrug? Maybe the worst of the Falconer/Cascade/Apollo group - ok drinker and a decent hop-forward IPA, but a bit blah.13.5

This pours a hazy, copper-orange color with a slight head. The aroma is weak with hints of malts and hops. The taste is very interesting with flavor. The texture is smooth and easy drinking, but the flavors erupt with strength and bitterness.

Bottle->SA. Murky dark orange-gold with small white head. A: citrus hops, dank pine, soap. T: mucky resin and pine, grass. Bitter, a bit xerostomic. Something dank and off here.

6oz draft. Copper color. Caramel overtakes this beer in terms of scent and flavor. Semi bitter after taste. Pass on this.

Pour is orange/yellow with a medium white head. Aroma of grapefruit juice, light pine resin, citrus peel, and mild bitterness. Flavor is pine oil, light citrus, faint hops, and slight caramel sweetness. Very mild for the ABV, somewhat lacking.

On tap at cole’s. Dark yellow. Below average mouthfeel and not so drinkable.

Pours a cloudy copper-yellow, with thick hard. Aroma is marked by a fairly strong citrus presence, along with piney hops. Flavor is bitter, astringent, citrusy, with a fair amount of underlying sweetness. This might be my favorite of their single-hop series. Very good.

Bottle: The aroma consists of light-moderate citrus, fruit, faint caramel, and toasty notes. It pours a dark transparent amber with a three finger orange tinted off-white head that eventually fades to a thick film. There is a good amount of soapy lacing left on the sides of the glass. The flavor starts with moderate citrus, light fruit, and faint caramel. The finish has light-moderate pine, light toasty notes, and a hint of lemon peel. It’s light-medium bodied with moderate carbonation.
