MBGSF 2010. Poured hazy orange color with a large frothy off-white head that lasted and poroduced very good lacing. Moderate yeast and citrus hop aroma. Medium body with a smooth texture and flat carbonation. Medium bittersweet flavor with a medium bittersweet finish of moderate duration. I would recommend this to a friend.

On tap. Poured hazy gold with a lasting white head. I didn’t pick up any of the cilantro or lime on the nose. There was a backing citrus note that was more lemon and orange than lime. Mainly got the citrus hops with sweet grain and floral notes. Flavor also didn’t have cilantro and lime. Mainly sweet grain with backing citrus and floral notes. Seemed like a decent wheat beer but didn’t pick up the two main ingredients...

MiBG Summer Fest 2010: Golden hue with a good head. The aroma has notes of lime, leafy and grassy hops, flowery and vegetable (tomato and corn soup) vapours with a hint of pepper and allspice. Honestly with the tomato character and the lime, it smells a bit like a mixed drink. The taste is BLAH, too much veggies and spices and not enough beer character dispite the okay bitter and resiny finish. The mouth feel is soft and comforting. In the end it is simply not very good. Even if the "Kitchen Sink", some editing was needed.

Draft at MIBG Summer festival during RBSG 10. Cilantro and lime are the focal points/spicing elements. Pours and odd and murky amber/brown. Nose is light citrus and faint cilantro notes. Just the suggestion perhaps. On taste, slightly tart wheat notes, some lime. Perhaps one dimensional, but not too bad.

In the living room at MBGSF! Pours a hazy golden color with a good head and some lace. The aroma is mildly hoppy and grainy with some mild spice notes and fruity hop notes. The flavor has a good citrus hoppiness and some floral spiciness. There is some mild malt sweetness. Tastes quite a bit like a tame-ish APA.

Nice lime nose, just a touch of cilantro underneath, but it’s overwhelmed by the citrus. Medium to light sweetness, some cilantro, some lime and honey, very refreshing. I dug it.

Draft, 2010 4 Elf Release Party. Medium orange-brown body, lighter than the Eaton County Reserve, medium clumping cream head. Bready nose and body, with light herbal hops and a hint of butterscotch, the vegetal notes I picked up in the finish were presumably cilantro, but I did not pick up any lime. Subtle and bland.

On tap while sitting in the living room at MFB 2010. Hazy gold brew with an off-white cap. Lime and something else that has to be cilantro related cause it’s weird are pretty obvious smells, citrus, lemon and orange and a bit bready. The flavors dont impress me enough to be vaguely interested. Veggies, lime, possible wheat, citrus and an odd spice. I could have zone without this.

sampled at MBGSF’10 - cilantro, lime, nice flavors. caramel malts, dry piney hops. Refreshing, with a touch of tartness. Not bad.

On tap at Mich Brewer’s Fest. Basically just "pale ale". Really though. Maybe a hint vegetal, but other than that not much to it.
