It's big and full bodied with lots of roasted malts and balanced with heavy hops to put this imperial in a league of its own.
Previously known as Dark Horse Imperial Stout.

330 ml bottle at home. Pours deep black with sticky dark beige head. Did I hear you say "coffee"? Ow yeah, this is pure coffee goodness in all is facets: some greenish unroasted beans in the back (green paprica), freshy roasted beans as well as thick mocca cream coffee, and to end a small piece of pure dark 89% cacao chocolate. Medium to full bodied, strong roasted backbone, with a subtle sweet touch until the mid/bridge, the bitterness kicks in to end fully roasted. "Een volle bakkes koffie". Taste is grinded coffee and full rich Italian espresso. Love this!

Bottle to beer tulip. Pours completely black with a creamy brown head. The aroma is boozy and chocolatey and has hints of coffee and vanilla and roasty malt. Taste is creamy chocolate and booze and roasted coffee. The finish is slick and smooth. This is a damn fine imperial stout. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
