2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20
Poured from a bottle. Has a clear golden hue with a quickly dissipating white head. The aroma is faintly raspberry, and this is probably the best part of the beer. The flavor has hardly any raspberry, but more of a wheat. Even then, there isn’t much. Carbonation is low to nothing, and the beer leans on the watery side. Unfortunately this just isn’t a very good beer, and I happen to like fruit beers.

2.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
On tap at Dan’s. The pour is really ale-like over fruit beer-ish. It’s a foggy orange-ish beast with a decent white head and no lace to be found anywhere. The nose is quite good. There is a nice raspberry dominance and it keeps in touch up with a good sweet maltiness on the back end. The flavor is where it starts to fall apart. There is a light fruitiness on the front end, but then a sharp bitterness takes over and it tries to finish like a cross between a Belgian and and an IPA. It started with so much promise and then fizzled out when it mattered most.

2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
12 ounce bottle. Thanks Dan. Pours a hazy golden orange with an average white head. Aroma of raspberry and grass. Taste is raspberries, malt, and grass. Decent.

2.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
Barley and cranberry nose. Cloudy amber, thin head. Medium body. Artificial raspberry, cardboard flavor. Every good brewey is allowed one lousy fruit beer. This is Dark Horse’s.

2.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 8/20
bottle, decent wheat beer, not heavily flavored raspberry taste. Light body, thin feel, heavily carbonated, overall not bad, not sure it falls in the fruit beer category.

Bottle. Pretty bad beer. Should you desire this style, good on you, but this is not a beer.

2.1 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20
@ Party Town / Florence KY - Slight haze in a dark copper, persistent head cover, dots of lace. Taste is understated raspberry, but what’s left isn’t a malty brew, but rather a slightly sour, slightly bitter, burp-inducing, heavy beer. I believe the 4.5%, because there is no potency and very little taste, leaving me with an undesirable drink. This is the rare beer that I will not finish.

3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 16/20
I like this one a lot. Strong raspberry aroma. Strong raspberry taste but not overwhelming. Still taste like beer. A fruit beer that doesn’t fall under the "girly" catagory.

2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 7/20
Tap: cloudy copper & amber color with a very faint pink hue to it. Soapy, white head fizzles a bit & reduces to a thin skin in no time. Aroma is underpowered; very faint raspberry with light grain, a hint of metal, musk, & sadly, not much else. Taste is pretty vapid as well with mildly tart raspberry, light astringency, slight medicinal & chalky notes, light musky hops, & some grains. Not a big fan of this one... It’s drinkable, it just isn’t very good.
