COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A light ale made with 100% real raspberries in every batch. The rasberries give this beer a fruity aroma while keeping the beer balanced in taste. The raspberry flavor is not "oversweet" or "overpowering". We believe our beers should be "beer 1st,fruit 2nd".

Cloudy copper/amber with no head. Aroma of raspberry, sweet malt and sulfur. Sweet taste of mild raspberry and grains. No aftertaste, light-medium bodied, with a metallic finish as well. Nice on a hot day,

Not quite as tasty as the aroma would lead you to believe. Drinkable on a hot summer day but forgettable.

Better than what the ratings on the site reflect. Smooth for a fruity beer, not too sweet or overpowering. I'd drink again.

BOD 1/5/16. Cloudy mid range amber pour. Below normal head volume, normal retention and normal lacing. Rather light nose of raspberry over a moderately sweet malt base with hints of caramel. Light body with a smooth texture, a bit heavier than water. Slightly below normal carbonation with a hint of effervescence in the middle and a stronger finish. While not bad, the flavor profile really doesn’t deliver much. Mild raspberry flavor, light middle bitterness and only a hint of sweetness. The bitterness has a tart element that is unripe fruit in nature as much as it is hop oriented. The finish is a slow fade of not quite ripe fruit.

330ml bottle (Alus Celle, Riga). Hazy orange color. Small size, white head, stays. Yeasty, dirty cloth, semi-rotten raspberries in aroma. Sweetish, raspberries, spicy hops, spruce and some rose pepper in taste. Spruce and raspberry in aftertaste. Pleasant fruityness on tongue. Drinkable.

Sweetish berry aroma, watery too though. Dusty carpet. Mid orange, small tight persistent head. Simple sweetish berries and malts. Dirty minerals. Some hoppy bitterness. Extremely dull and boring fruit beer. Not for me.

Bottle, 5% (shared by fatphil, thanks). Pours dark golden with whiteish head. The head stays for some moments. Aroma is sweet, raspberries, perfumy Flavor is sweet and bitter, grains, malt, some alcohol, liquid soap. Overall: not good, but gets better as i drink it.

Bottled. Average. Cloudy appearance with a sweet smell. But if raspberry in taste. Wouldn't have again.

Really nice for a fruit ale. Very slight raspberry scent with some grassy upfront notes. Color odd dark yellow and overly hazy unfiltered. Mouth is a good ale full but crisp enough to drink a few. Taste has the light raspberry after that makes the name worthy. Upfront it’s a light weak, and has an English water barley dullness. It picks up and finishes nice. Tap

Rating 5% abv...light and fake raspberry smell... taste is more malty than I anticipated, heavy grain taste...mild hops...almost no raspberry to speak of...very straightforward and one dimentional

Bottle shared by Wayne. Pours a slight hazy amber. Aroma and taste of mostly just malts and fruit.
