On tap at Dark Horse taproom on 6/9/11. From snifter glass. Pours a cloudy caramel/apple cider color. Medium off white head. Good lacing. Aroma is fruity sour. Kind of reminds me of a wine cooler or hard cider. Flavor is mainly sour, but with just enough sweet to balance it. Lots of carbonation. Sampled this a couple weeks ago so this is my second tasting. Very interesting and unique beer. Not something that you want every day, but still a nice one. I looked up this style and there were many mentions of a banana flavor. Didn’t pick that up in this one.
