Bottle. Pours brown with an orange tint, fluffy white head. Smells of chamomile and citrus. Tastes similar: citrus and chamomile with an accompanying earthiness / spiciness. Lightly sweet. Medium bodied; average carbonation.

Links, Chicago tap: pours murkey reddish with a white head. Aroma is apricot and herbs. Taste is apricot and tea and a hint of coconut. A little sweet. Not bad.

I liked it. It may have been lacking a little but overall a descent and drinkable beer.

(bottle - 12 oz) Copper pour with a thin white head. Fruity aroma and slightly herbal from the chamomile. The apricots don’t overpower too much, and neither does the chamomile. Smooth and well blended throughout and finishes lightly sweet. [9/8/15]

Bottle shared with koleminer20. Aroma is apricot, chamomile, some light hops. Appearance is NOT pale, a dark amber with a light tan head. Taste is apricot, but then tons of chamomile. Sweet malt also apparent, some hop. Mouthfeel is decent, a nice carbonation and not too thin. Overall, take the chamomile out and this beer is good.

12 oz bottle shared by ebone1988. The pour is a darker ruby color with a thick off white head and lots of great lace and retention. Not what I'd call a great pour. The aroma is a lot of apricot. There is a strange funky spice happening here. It's somewhat bland. As long as the chamomile stays away, we should be okay here. Unfortunately it doesn't. Damnit. The apricot vanishes and then the spicy chamomile just drowns out the finish. The mouth feel is decent with a nice carbonation and a lingeringly chamomile dominated aftertaste. This one would be a lot better if they just brewed it with the damn apricots. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pour is a dirty river water brown with a large white head. Aroma is a bit of sweet molasses and maybe some fruit. Flavor is some tobacco and earthiness. Some sweet raison is about all else I get. I got no apricots or chamomile. This was weird and way too sweet.

Deep apricot, fluffy, thick, soft foam. Sticky, without being overbearing and an aroma of overripe apricots and chamomile. A bit like a sweet whip cream cover pumpkin pie. Delicious and dangerously drinkable.

Sampled at ABR 2015. gold color. Well carbonated. A hop bit, some grain and a little honey flavor. I did not taste apricot at all, but it was still an enjoyable beer.

Bottle shared poured a cola colored brown with smallish white head. The aroma is apricot right up front followed the flowery chamomile. Very soothing to the nose, the flavor was amazing very well balanced. Nothing overpowers anything else, you get the full range of the apricot. Cinnamon and chamomile. This is a an excellent brew from dark horse.
