An extremely hoppy ale, that really does smell like weed.

Safety is in the eye of the beholder and unless safety to other people smells like smashed bottles and, later that night, a DUI this does not smell like that. Weed, on the other hand........... Thatís closer.... Much closer. This is one of those thick brutal boozy self-destructive ipa. So boozy 3 will make you scream at your friends for liking things you donít like but so intensely hoppy you canít taste it. I like it. But Noone around me likes it...

Very unappealing pour, super murky tea color in the glass with a thin head. Uggghh. Nose shows some promising aromatics on the front (citrus and pine) but then it fails totally. Smells like tea, cocoa, peanut hull, and crystal malts. Typical of too much caramel grain and hops...muddy flavor and all gross. Medium full body.

Pours a hazy amber - orange color with a small white head. Aroma is all citrus hops. Taste is piney hops, with a bitterness at the end. Creamy, somewhat chewy. Slight taste of alcohol. Overall a nice double IPA.

Strong cannabis and resiny nose. Pours a gorgeous orange brown and holds a decent sized beige head. Nutty dark malts help to carry the ample hop bill. Spicy medium bitter and very dank finish.

On tap at First Draft. Orange pour with a big off-white head. Aroma is lots of things, but not really weed. Taste is piney, a little citrus, alcohol, and bitter.

This draft brew from a restaurant poured a small sized head of foamy finely sized white colored bubbles that were mostly diminishing and left behind a very softly carbonated transparent weak orange brown colored body and a fair lacing. The weak aroma was hoppy. The vinous crisp mouth feel was tingly at the start and at the finish with a strong hoppy aftertaste. The strong flavor contained notes of hops. A decent one that I would consider drinking again.

Wonderfully aromatic. Juicy, deep orange, slight brine, grapefruit, pine finish, bitterness that clings, but subtle. This is surprisingly well done, awesome.

APPEARANCE - three shades darker than safety orange in color, light whispy head laces well to leave behind evidence of the safety hazard that was the full glass. NOSE - approached with caution and carefully wafted the beautifully resinous pine scents and light tropical notes to my nose. FLAVOR - the balance of bitter and a backbone of malt is no accident. NOTES - in wish my safety meetings tasted this good, or ended this smoothly. You donít need a learning team to conclude that this is excellent medicine.

Poured from a bottle dated 4/4/15 Nice smelling aroma - tropical notes a present. A bit cloudy, but a nice pour and decent lacing. Nice hop bitterness, and dry aftertaste.
