3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
UPDATED: JUL 15, 2014 Tap: Also known as "Smells Like Weed IPA". Almost fully opaque copper body, no head, only a beige collar, probably from the pour. Aroma of pines, some dank resins... Sticky icky. Iíve actually had many other beers that smelled more like weed than this. But itís got some moderate dank. Caramel malt abound, too. Taste is pine, grapefruit peel, slight hemp oil, touch of peppery florals, some back end toffee malt sweetness. Moderately bitter, medium body with low carbonation. Sticky a little, resinous.

3.1 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
12oz bottle into glass. Pours a heavy Amber brown, solid and non transparent. Large and full beige head, lots of lacing. Aroma predominantly malty, no idea how old this is, Iím suspecting very, no really hop presence until the end, very bitter and malt driven. Thereís a piney cedar tone over the malt dominance. Dark fruits, rough caramel, and some booze seep in too. Questionable iipa here.
