Pour on tap at the brewery, slightly hazy orange pour with white head, aroma brought notes of orange, grapefruit, some pine, dank notes, slight earthy notes into a bit of biscuit, slight spice notes. Taste was a mix of grass, pine, dank into some orange, sweet fruit, hints of citrus into some caramel, finishing fairly bitter, slightly sweet.

12oz bottle into glass. Pours a heavy Amber brown, solid and non transparent. Large and full beige head, lots of lacing. Aroma predominantly malty, no idea how old this is, I’m suspecting very, no really hop presence until the end, very bitter and malt driven. There’s a piney cedar tone over the malt dominance. Dark fruits, rough caramel, and some booze seep in too. Questionable iipa here.

Appearance: Dark Amber/Red. Aroma: Low hop, Malt, Red Licorice. Taste: Fruity Esters. Plum, Raisin, Date. Correct me if I'm wrong, tastes very similar to their scary Jesus rockstar. May be past its shelf life.

Tap at La Fine Mousse, Paris. It pours lightly hazy deep amber with a decent beige head. The nose is bitter-sweet, juicy, oily, brown bread, brioche, grass, peach and stewed orange. The taste is bitter-sweet, juicy, sticky, oily, varnish, caramel, warming alcohol, toffee, earth and grapefruit. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Decent enough, but a fear this is just a touch old as it is not that vibrant..
