Clear dark brown to purple beer, big irregular fizzy beige head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: very intense, dried fruits, some coffee, prunes, liquorish, overripe banana, calvados, apple skin. MF: lots of carbon, medium to full body. Taste: some coffee first, bit sourish, very spicy, liquorish, mocha, little sweet. Aftertaste: bitter hops, banana peel, coffee, some dark chocolate, more coffee, tobacco, quite some vanilla, caramel, soft sweetness, ripe banana. Very complex, lovely beer!
