Bottle on 10/28/15. Pours pitch black with a thin tan head that dissipates to a ring on the outside of the glass. Nose is coffee and roasted malt, chocolate. Taste is the same. Robust roasted malt. Coffee, cocoa, not much else but hits the style profile and does it well. Some smoky elements perhaps. Tasty ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Dark in color on pour with a brownish head. There was a nice chocolate and smoke flavor to this beer. Not as sweet as most porters, and closers to a stout beer.

This poured a medium to darker brown with a beige head. Aroma was of chocolate and light roast, fairly muted though. Flavor more chocolate forward, very creamy, almost milky. Another tasty DH beer.

Sexy black dress pour, gives good head, lots of lace- your a perv. Blueberry chocolate aroma, light smoke cherrywood. Caramel, nut, real nice. Same in taste. Very smooth creamy, almost not a porter but more a stout, real nice. Some earthy, slight citrus pine. Me like.
