12 oz. bottle from Dark Horse. Pours darkest black; no light is getting through this baby. Carmel head dissipates quickly, releasing a rich malty bouquet of chocolate and espresso. Smooth and creamy, leaving milk sugar on the tongue. Mmmmmm.

Oct 2, 2008 Number 2 shared with Gabe. Poured black in color thin head. Nice aroma of roasted malts and chocolate. Taste was roasted malt and vanilla. An ok stout.

Oct 2, 2008 Bottle froms stfun, thanks josh. Black in color, not much head. Aroma was sugary sweet. Taste was a sweet vanilla, chocolate, and roasted malt with a creamy texture. My least favorite out of the one through five series. Still a decent beer overall. Thanks josh

Oct 1, 2008 12 oz. bottle courtesy of a trade with yem25. Pours black with a thin brown head that disappeared after the first sip and left no lace at all. Pleasant aroma of roasted malt and chocolate. The flavor is roasted malt with tobacco, chocolate and a hint of vanilla. Very mild sweetness overall. Not as creamy or smooth as I was expecting. Medium-full bodied. Decent, but falls a bit short in a few areas.

Sep 30, 2008 I had never had a cream stout before. I think it is something I will dwell into in the near future. Sweet taste, ;ast impression on the tongue, not bitter in the least to me, nice chocolate malt flavor. Very good! Thanks Optigon!

Sep 18, 2008 12oz bottle. Wow! One of the best sweet stouts I’ve tried in a LONG time. Pours midnight black with a thin dark chocolate head. Tons of cocoa, toffee and plum on the nose. Flavor was much of the same with a very smooth and sweet finish.
