The yeast strain used for the brewing of the pale, dry American Ales is specially imported from the USA, along with Cascade and Centennial hops, to produce this pale ale. The low colour Maris Otter malt provides a perfect light colour and dryness to complement the crisp taste and full aroma of the hops.

Fat @ Harp, London. Bärnstensfärgad, smutsvitt skum. Dofter av apelsinmarmelad, citrus, grapefrukt och karamell. Samma återkommer i smaken tillsammans med tall. Medelkropp, medelbeska, lätt oljig munkänsla. Bra grejer.

Cask @ OT. Pours tiny hazy golden with a fluffy white head that slowly dissipates while leaving some sticky lacing on the glass while dissipating. Smell is tiny malty and floral with sweet bread, caramel, honey, hay, dried yellow flowers, orange zest and lemon zest. Taste is sweet, slightly bitter, slightly malty and floral. Mouthfeel is soft, flat, round, tiny astringent and medium bodied. Finish is sweet and bitter with sweet bread, toffee, hay, minerals and lemon zest. Very quaffable solid cask offering.

Badge looked great, as did the pint. Very foamy head, light golden colour. Very hoppy, would prefer more body, quite light

A go to cask. A great drop. Perhaps a little powdery but a very solid pint if on a session.

Cask. Copper amber. Nice nose. Marmelady citrus, some pine, caramels. Med bodied, well bitter. Malty oranges, caramel sweetness, citrus in flavour. Bit drying finish, some earl gray, but otherwise really nice. Pretty simple, but clean, tasty..
