COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Cask: Regular.
The yeast strain used for the brewing of the pale, dry American Ales is specially imported from the USA, along with Cascade and Centennial hops, to produce this pale ale. The low colour Maris Otter malt provides a perfect light colour and dryness to complement the crisp taste and full aroma of the hops.

On cask at malt n hops, Fenton. Pours pale gold with a steady white head. A good mix of citrus, hops and a bitter finish. Nice for its style but I’m not a great fan of this type of beer ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Half, from cask @Craft Beer Co, London. Shimmering pale gold. A cap of tiny white bubbles on top. Seducing aroma of honey-scentedpale malts and floral and citrus/tropical fruity hops. Restrained, light sweet malt flavor. Solid and tight bitterness. Nice floral and fruity hop flavor. Properly light-bodied. A true quecher. Nice!

09/02/2011 Bir&Fud Bottega (cask). Bevuta in occasione della Settimana della Birra Artigianale 2011. Dorata, appena torbida, schiuma leggera, biancastra, morbida, molto persistente. Aroma delicato di luppolo, leggermente agrumato, e malto. In bocca è decisa ma allo stesso tempo non eccessiva, con un amaro molto persistente e note di malto a stemperare un po’. Corpo leggero, appena "watery", molto bevibile. Davvero una gran bella birra. Tra le migliori APA mai bevute.

Cask at Cloisters. Light-gold with a white, creamy half-centimetre of head. The nose presents orangey-citrus fruit but with a very pleasant breadiness. The palate is smooth and watery (in a good way!) with a good carbonation which isn’t overbearing. Oranges and lemons (say the bells of...) flavours, with a very agreeable doughy malt to back it up. Very recommendable.
