COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Cask: Regular.
The yeast strain used for the brewing of the pale, dry American Ales is specially imported from the USA, along with Cascade and Centennial hops, to produce this pale ale. The low colour Maris Otter malt provides a perfect light colour and dryness to complement the crisp taste and full aroma of the hops.

Keg at The Southern. Too cold and too fizzy for starters. Otherwise pours a nice clear yellow, big white head. Lemon and grapefruit aromas. no malt to back it up the taste though. Over-carbonation kinda ruined it for me, and I had a bus to catch.

Intense, powerful floral hop character ably supported by undertones of grapefruit and honey. Long bitter finish followed by a lingering but pleasant after-bitterness. Clean, refreshing and very moreish.

Gold pour, creamy head. Aroma of malt and hops. Taste of malt and hops, some sweet elements, before the taste becomes bitter and fades away. Very drinkable

A pale golden beer with a frothy white head. A heady hop aroma, a tad citrusy to start then a potent floral aroma, rose petal then a hint of honey. Dry mouthfeel. A bitter hop taste, grapefruit and orange, a touch woody, then the floral element makes an appearance, Parma violets and green hop, there is a smooth honeyed sweetness towards the end that tempers the hoppiness. The finish is floral and hoppy. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
