COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Cask: Special.
Named after GS Amsinck, a brewing expert from the 19th century. A dry ebony coloured beer brewed with traditional ale yeast to ensure a full roasted flavour and clean Challenger hop aroma.

Cask handpull at Wenlock Arms, London. Black beer with thin tan head. Nice roasted malt aroma. It’s a very competent Dark Star beer, good concentrated dark choc, and some liquorice. Decent intense dark beer, especially for the strength.

Cask@Sussex BF. Pretty decent stuff, ashy roasty notes are the first thing i pick up. Nice soft roasty texture. Some nice kiwi fruit notes in the finish. Really enjoyed this.
