August 16, 2011 - cask at Craft Beer Co. Clear ruby-apricot with a diminishing deep beige creamy-foamy mottled head. Odd aroma - pungent, a bit sweaty, like sour grain. Taste - cocoa? Nestles Quik, bitter and lactic. Thick, a bit sour, mild carbonation - a dry leafy woody finish. Really odd - like old spruce fencing - not too groovy.
