Cask Half Pint at Cask Pub, Pimlico, London in Feb 2014 - Very Dark Brown in colour. Slight tan head. Malty; roasty malts, dark chocolate, roast coffee, hint of coconut. Fruity; dark fruits, berry fruits. Sweetish roasty malty and coffee porter with a hint of coconut and a slight sour fruit edge. Very drinkable.

Cask-conditioned, served by gravity at the Tewkesbury winter beers festival, 7/2/2014. Near black with next to no head. Dense malts, some dark chocolate and plenty of rast, before a dryish finish. No coconut evident, but good nonetheless.

Cask conditioned handpump Victoria Rugby 01/02/14. A pitch black coloured beer with a thick and creamy whitish head and lace. On the turn I reckon. Not getting any coconut at all. A bit of sweet and sour roast. Expected so much better from beer and pub.

Finwe (412) - Grankulla, FINLAND - FEB 4, 2014
Cask @ Angleterre, Helsinki. Very dark brown with a tan head. Dark chocolate and coffee in the aroma along with light roasted malty tones. Roasted malty, chocolate-like bittersweet flavour with the impression of coconut noticeable. Medium body; somewhat oily palate. A really decent beer indeed.

Cask at The Grove, Huddersfield. 20.01.13. Clear, dark red. Bubbly, tan head. Dark sugar sweetness. Toasty nuttiness (not necessarily coconut). Fruity, dry finish.

Cask. Jet black with a slight brown tinge. Light tan heavy head with a couple of spots. Nose is chocolate and coconut. Quite light. Taste is light and smooth - giving chocolates and coconuts. Like a melted bounty bar in a glass. If this was a stout, it'd be brilliant but the finish fades a bit too swiftly for me. Still yummy and interesting. Mmmm.

Cask at CBC Clerkenwell. It pours a dark brown body with a small tan head. Nose is very roasted malts, coffe beans and light toasted coconut notes. Taste is roasted malts, chocolate, coffee and light coconut. Light to medium body with soft carbonation.

Cask at the Euston tap. Dark brown pour with a lasting light cream head. Aroma is dark choc light roast and wood. Flavour is stale, metallic and blood with some wood and desecaded coconut. Finish is more mellow with caramel edges. Really nice smooth medium full bodied palate with light carbonation. Decent.
