Cask at The White Swan, Reading Street: Pale amber coloured with a thin white head. Lots of hops and surprisingly malty. Very smooth and a good thirst quencher on a hot day.

Cask@The Wenlock Arms, London. Typical English bitter, and better than most. Grainy malt characters, and citric hop bitterness, leafy, and lightly floral hop characters aswell. Nice, dry hoppy bitter, good session drinker.

Full bitterness, but with a taste refreshing enough to be a session beer. Combines fruit, bread, and bitter in all stages of drinking.
Rating is compromise between a 7-4-8-4-14=3.7 and a 6-3-7-3-13=3.2

Funny hop taste in this - borders too much on the wee flavour for my liking. Not unpleasant but not a winner

From cask. Pours pale yellow with a small white head. Aroma is fruity and mild yeasty. Crisp hoppy. Peachy, crisp fruity and hoppy. Bitter, yet with a slight sweet impression. Lingering peachy to citrusy fruity. Bitter, mild fruity and crisp hoppy. Ends bitter and medium dry.

Cask Quite pale orangey beer with a white rim, proving quite persistent. Flowery, greenery UK hops. A bit of dishwater (beer or the glass?). Nice, dry, bittery flavour, hoppy character, ending on some serious bitterness. A bit like tired, even oxydized, but seriously α-laden hops. In the aftertaste, however, I get some honey. Light bodyy, but just on the right side of watery. Why all the water - one has to loose it afterwards, no?
