Cask@The Evening Star, Brighton. Some light vanilla and instant coffee to start off, with some light chocolate and roast in the finish, some loight acidity and clove also noticed. Even though this is stronger than the regular Espresso Stout, it showed less coffee character (than the regular Espresso). It was ok, but a little dissapointing.

Bottle. Dark brown. Aroma is all coffee and roasted malt. And the flavor follows suit.

Had in a bottle, great colour to it but flavours were a bit to over powering. strong liquorice flavour with the coffee flavour. Not to my taste

Cask: Lacks aroma, bit of chocolate and coffee. Sweet coffee flavour with some chocolate and cara notes. Mild dry finish. Medium bodied. Black with a short lasting beige head. Ok.
