COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Cask; Seasonal - Autumn and Winter.
Brewed with the aromatic Amarillo and Cluster hops, like a modern pale ale of the U.S. but balanced by distinctive Munich malt, which adds complexity and a hint of roasted flavours to the beer.

Half pint at The Southampton Arms, Highgate Road, London. Clear amber without any noticeable head. Very feint aroma - citrus and hops. The taste had the essentials - bitterness and hops - but with no extra frills which made for a very empty after taste. Fairly smooth on the palate. It was far from unpleasant but didn’t have any characteristic features to make me want to seek it out again.

Cask @ The Harp. Poured a clear golden amber, with a medium off white head. Grassy hop, toffee, orange rind, lemon and a hint of spice. Lingering bitterness.

A nice clear golden ale with a pleasing herbal and lightly sweet pale malt taste. Aroma is herbal and wet field hay, nice. Finish is long on tasty balanced bitterness and tons of refined hop flavors, a bit of lemon, some earthy mineral. Very tasty.

Half, from cask@The White Horse at Parsons Green, London. A layer of off-white creamy bubbles, resting upon a clear amber colored body. Smell of dry malts with faint caramel. Notes of citrussy hops. Light to medium malt body. Fairly dry wiyh a solid fruity hop bitterness. Not very filling. Fine bitternes in the ending. A decent ale, without standing out.
