COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Cask; Seasonal - November. Also available bottled.
An already full flavoured IPA, made with the very aromatic Simcoe hops is then made even bigger by using fresh ‘green’ Target hops infused into the slowly conditioning beer. Designed for those who like their hops as an extreme sport!

Draught at The Harp, London. Hazy golden with a small slightly off-white head. Medium body with moderate carbonation. Quite some bitterness with some sweet tones. Pine, grapefruit, caramel, malts and herbs. A great full flavoured IPA.

Cask. Clear yellow with a medium sized good lacing white head. Strong green hoppy flavour with some light bready malts in the back. Lots of dried green plants, wood, forest, a good deal of grapefruit too. Medium bodied with some sweetness that is quickly washed away by solid bitterness. Long, long mouthdrying finish. On another day I might have found it too aggressive, but right now just what I need. Soft carbonation. Well made intense dry/bitter tastebud destroyer, but definately a beer to be in the mood for.

Absolutely fabulous IPA. One of the best there is! Great taste, good head, smooth, a bit on the strong side.

Hoppy aroma with golden colour. Very flavourful taste with hops, grass and grapefruit. A very nice beer helped by the addition of the fresh hops.

Bottle thanks to wyzzywyz22. Hazy gold with a thin white bonce. Aroma of hops, pine, citrus. Flavour quite heavy on the malts, biscuit, caramel, some citrus hops. Decent beer but didn’t hit the high notes for me.

Bottle, Beers of Europe. Hazy golden pour with a small white head. Grassy hop and citrus aplenty snout-wise. Sweet malt, and plenty more hop and juicy citrus unfolded in the taste. Prolonged mouth coating bitterness. Really enjoyable Quite an intense brew that delivered the goods man.

Gravity Cask @ Urban Taphouse. Super hoppy, with a weedy, leafy, flower stalk thing going on. Sharp chemical aftertaste with hops dancing around on the tongue long after swallowing. Quite a bold taste, perhaps too much at times but a good beer nonetheless.
