Cask; Seasonal - November. Also available bottled.
An already full flavoured IPA, made with the very aromatic Simcoe hops is then made even bigger by using fresh ‘green’ Target hops infused into the slowly conditioning beer. Designed for those who like their hops as an extreme sport!

Bottle at Cherry Reds, Kings Heath. Served with griddled chicken and chorizo sandwich, humous with crudités and proper chips. All of it delicious. Plenty of hops here, just what I’ve been searching for recently. Bitter but no too much so. I’ve got a taste for beer today. Can’t see the baby coming but you never know.

33cl bottle from Bitter Virtue, Southampton. Amber with a creamy head and lively carbonation; citrusy hop aroma; thick and oily in the mouth with an immediate burst of piney hops, then become soft and buttery but with a deep herbal hoppy bitterness; really fresh tasting and refreshing, and not overpowering; leaving a dry, warming, finish.

Slightly hazy amber, lemon cheesecake and passion fruit nose. Fruity tropical with tongue tingling bitter finish. Soft mouthfeel and dry finish.

There’s something a bit darker about this IPA is the continuation. Dunno what. I’m needing dark right now. Rocking. Not in a good way. In a mental way.

BBE OCT 2013 - Pours clear orange with a foamy white head. Aroma of floral hops, grass, fruits, hints of malts. Taste is fruity with notes of floral hops, grass and some malty notes. Finish is bitter and quite hoppy with floral hops. Okay, quite tasty IPA.

Bottle from Cotteridge Wines; pours clear amber, frothy white head, fresh grapefruit hop aroma, the taste didn’t live up to the aroma bit to bitter for my palette. Although this citrus hop comes through well. Very good IPA.

330ml bottle. Poured crystal clear, light gold colour. Pleasant hop flavour. The hop combination is successful. A terrific beer.
