Cask; Seasonal - November. Also available bottled.
An already full flavoured IPA, made with the very aromatic Simcoe hops is then made even bigger by using fresh ‘green’ Target hops infused into the slowly conditioning beer. Designed for those who like their hops as an extreme sport!

Cask at CBC, London. It pours a golden colour with a medium fluffy white head. Hoppy and citrusy aroma. Taste is hoppy with citrus notes, grapefruit. Quite bitter. Very good.

Keg @El Lúpulo Feroz, Oviedo. 15-01-2015.
In short: robust IPA.
Pours clear bright golden with frothy white head. Moderate head retention, good lacing. Grassy, caramel, fruity aromas. Medium body, average carbonation, crispy texture. Taste is moderate bitter, herbal, little residual sweetness. Dry aftertaste. Enjoyable.

Craft Covent Garden. Slightly hazy golden pour. The aroma is awesome. A bit of resin, pine and white pepper. Lean crackery malts and a bit of lingering hoppiness loads of green hops , spice and resin. Lovely and floral.

Cask at CASK Pub and Kitchen, Pimlico. Golden, clear with a huge white head. Aroma of a good Chablis, with loads of citrus/piney hop. The taste is clean, juicy and very bitter. Gets more and more bitter toward the finish. Sublime.

Draught at The Harp, London. Hazy golden with a small slightly off-white head. Medium body with moderate carbonation. Quite some bitterness with some sweet tones. Pine, grapefruit, caramel, malts and herbs. A great full flavoured IPA.

Cask. Clear yellow with a medium sized good lacing white head. Strong green hoppy flavour with some light bready malts in the back. Lots of dried green plants, wood, forest, a good deal of grapefruit too. Medium bodied with some sweetness that is quickly washed away by solid bitterness. Long, long mouthdrying finish. On another day I might have found it too aggressive, but right now just what I need. Soft carbonation. Well made intense dry/bitter tastebud destroyer, but definately a beer to be in the mood for.

Absolutely fabulous IPA. One of the best there is! Great taste, good head, smooth, a bit on the strong side.
