06/09/2011 Brasserie 4:20 (cask). Corpo medio, consistenza acquosa, freschissima, elegantissima e beverina.

2.8 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20 OleR (3510) - Oslo, NORWAY - JAN 18, 2012
Half, from cask @Craft Beer Co, London. A layer of white bubbles, upon a bright, light gold colored body. A doughy yeast scent up front, offset by weak and undistinct hop aroma. Medium malt body. Lots of yeast in the flavor. Pleasantly bitter all the way to the finish. Not very filling. Light watery in the mouth. Light bitterness in a quite short ending. Not very well kept. Or maybe I got the last remainder from the cask...

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20 AshtonMcCobb (779) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - DEC 4, 2011
On tap @ Thomsons Bar, Edinburgh. The nose has floral and grapefruit notes. The taste has more of the floral notes, but much more pine and grapefruit this time. The palate is light to medium in structure with a light zingy texture and a clean finish. Overall, a good example of a golden ale.
