(Cask at Akkurat, Stockholm, 21 Feb 2014) Golden amber colour with foamy, off-white head. Fruity, hoppy nose with notes of citrus, resin and dried fruit. Malty, fruity taste with citrus, resin, dried fruit, chewy malt and a generous citric/floral bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with a certain malt sweetness. Fresh and tasty, with a certain bite. Nice one.

Keg, hazy amber. Smells like hops and butter - on a dark star keg? Really? Tastes the same - the hops are curranty, fruity but the undercurrent of diacetyl has no place in this beer.

Tap at Red Squirrel. Punchy hop bitterness with a fairly unique hop profile. Not sure all the flavours compliment each other.

On tap at the Red Squirrel.
Appearance - amber with a decent head.
Nose - very delicate pink grapefruit.
Taste - very odd, I’m getting white chocolate and orange. Tasty.
Palate - medium bodied with a creamy texture but I think the rich orange thing is a little too much to allow this to be very drinkable.
Overall - it’s great but I don’t want another.

Copper brown, some sticky foam. Citrus, spruce, grass. Pretty heavy hoppy bitterness. It’s a strong APA for sure.

Cask at the Beamish beer festival. An amber ale with a white head. Lots of tropical flavours, especially pineapple. The finish is dry and bitter with pine. Very nice.

Bit bitter smell with fruits. Bronze yellow color with light white head. Stony taste, organic fruitiness. Some bitterness with some hops. Medium taste spectrum and hoppy, medium aftertaste. Adequate, medium carbonation.

Cask Pint at Wibbas Down (JDW), Wimbledon, London in July 2013 - Orangey Gold in colour. Very Hoppy; piney resinous and grassy hops. Very Fruity; grapefruit citrus and tropical fruits. Malty; biscuity malts, caramel. Assertive hop bite. Quite bitter. Bitter hoppy citrus fruity throughout balanced by sweet malts. Long dry bitter finish. Nice APA!

Huge zesty/tang both on the nose and on the tongue. Fruity, nutty then this sherbet dib-dabs flavour kicks in. Great body, excellent beer.
