Gravity cask @ Cricketers Arms 1st Beer Festival. Pale in colour.Citrus and ginger which has a good level of heat in the finish. Slightly sweet and with the soft chalky malts this ends slightly sweet and spicy with a little yeast. Could do with being a bit dryer or maybe being slightly tart.
