Cask Conditioned at Mahars. Poured mirky blonde with a grassy smell. Tastes like tea made with hop leaves, watery, dry, and bitter.

Cask, Far From The Madding Crowd summer ale festival. Yellow-gold, dense fine white head. Very pretty warm hops; melon, but sans musk. Oranges, but orange juice, with none of the bite of the skin. A fresh yellow heirloom tomato quality. Nice full hop flavor but gentle bitterness. Oranges, sweet corn. Soft palate with a nice roundness, though not particularly sweet. An interesting beer, and distinctive even among DS lineup.

Pale golden color, small head. Fruity and hoppy aroma, some grass. Malty flavor with some honey, but also allowing hops to show. Fruity notes and with a hoppy finish.

Golden colored, slightly cloudy appearance. Medium sized white head. Strongly hopped and lemony aroma, mild licorice also comes up. Medium bodied. Flavor is also biting with lemon and some spices even, slight licorice also here. Maybe slightly watery palate, still nice real-ale. Hoppy aftertaste.

Cask at The Market Porter, Borough, London. Very dissapointed by this, some light floraal hops, but it comes across as a bit grainy and thin. Sme green apple notes didn’t help its cause. Perhaps it may not have been in the best condition.
