750 c&c from ericandersnavy! Pours hazy dirty gold with a fizzy/bubbly white head. Aromas of citrus, tropical fruit and yeast/spice. Med body. Flavor is definitely yeasty, and there’s some citrus fruit and light malt. I’m getting a hint of pineapple. No doubt about this being a Belgian. Finishes quite dry - almost astringent.

Batch 4-25, bottled 5-26-10.
The beer was only filled up to the top of the label, something I didn’t notice until I got the beer home.
The beer pours a hazy brown-amber color with a white head. The aroma is Belgian yeast, dark fruit and alcohol. The flavor is a mix of caramel malt, yeast, brown sugar, alcohol, dark fruit and peaches, as well as some sherry, which I assume is from a little bit of oxidation. Medium mouthfeel and medium carbonation.
This beer is much more like a dubbel than a Belgian Blonde, but it is still a pretty tasty drink.

Bottle:   Dirty caramel, really hazy, thin white head, sudsy, spotty lacing.   Darker than most.   Very bready and yeasty nose.   Smells more like an American made Tripel than a Blonde.   Yeah, and it sure tastes like it too.   Very yeasty on the tongue, pale breadiness.   Smidgen of floral like aspects.   Body and mouthfeel are moderate.   Feels a little flat on the tongue.   Finish is a little dank.   Lingering yeasty/bready notes.   Had you said this was an American made Tripel, I would have believed it.   Thanks Bill for the bottle!
