bottle thanks to barzigkin. poured gold with a white head. aroma was citrus and spice. flavor was citrus, spice, and pepper with a light body and high carbonation.

75cl C&C courtesy of ericandersnavy. Pours a hazy, copper-bronze color with a medium off-white head that settles into foamy islands. No real lacing just alcohol streaks. Very balanced aroma with possibly more malt than hop. That balance carries into the flavor too where you can really taste the malt backbone and the spicy hops compliment it. Very similar to an Achouffe product.

(750ml bottle, batch 6-30, bottled 7-12, courtesy of BarZigKin) cloudy orange with long lasting bubbles. Nose is funky, Belgian yeast, candi sugar, and golden raisins. Taste of golden raisins, very spicy Belgian yeast, coriander and mild alcohol.

large bottle. Pours a cloudy amber with a huge white head. Nose is of bubblegum from the yeast, and perfume. Taste is bready, yeast. Can’t tell what type of hops in here, but they are faded. Mouthfeel is medium with slight alcohol. Brewer told me he isn’t big fan of hops, but prefers to work with yeast. Good, but unlike most IPAs, more of a Belgian IPA.

(750ml bottle, batch 6-30, bottled 7-12, courtesy of BarZigKin) Pours a hazy orange body with a medium off-white head. Aroma of perfume, florals, orange peel, and pepper. Flavor of Belgian yeast, banana, citrus, herbs, some pineapple, and grass.

Bottle courtesy of barzigkin. Cloudy orange color with a light bubbly head. Very yeasty smell with dry notes and orange peel. Flavor is big on belgian fruit and grains. Finishes with a dry yeast.

750ml courtesy of me. Thanks me!! Poured a hazy, light amber colored body with a quickly receding, bubbly head that left some nice lacing. Aromas are floral, lightly fruity, honey, melon and alcohol as the beer warms. Flavor is medicinal up front, yeasty, lighly piney, medium bitter finish. Medium mouthfeel and active/lively carbonation. Odd flavor up front, but, it transitions nicely.
