750 c&c from ericandersnavy. Pours dark brown with lots of ruby glints. Transient beige head. Aromas of dark malt and berries. Full bodied. Dark malt. Fruity. Maybe a touch of yeast. Smooth. Delectible. Belched chocolate. Excellent.

Thanks markus! Brown pour, light head. Fruity and sweet aroma with some figs, dates and raisins. Flavor is malty sweet and fruity. Well done.

Bottle: Poured a hazy medium brown color ale with a medium foamy head with light retention and not much lacing. Aroma of dry fruit and candi sugar with some subtle fruity ester is quite a treat. Taste is also a wonderful mix between some dry fruit such as raisin and plums with light residual sugar and some fruity ester with a solid malt backbone. Mix between sugar and malt is perfect with good full body and good carbonation. Very well brewed – additional carbonation and a bit less sugar would have improve what is already a great beer.

Bottle shared by bhensonb. Pours dark brown with a thin disappearing beige head and a treacle and coffee aroma. There is a chocolate and coffee flavor, sweet and carbonated with a dry bitter finish and a warming alcohol trail.

Brown pour with tan head and lace. Light brown sugar and sour malt aroma. Light brown sugar with a hint of maltiness. Aggressive carbonation and a bit thin and watery but very drinkable.

Bottle thanks to Bullzeye. A cool brew. Pours out a opaque brown color with a large white head. The aroma is sweet fruity, yeasty, a traditional dubbel. The flavor was smooth and rich fruity, light tartness, dry yeast and a nice natural flavor. Batch 12-20 bottled 1-5.

RBWG 2010. Pours dark brownish color with tan head. Dark friut aroma. Flavors of raisins and figs; moderately sweet. Medium body with lively carbonation.

Pours cloudy brown and opaque. brown sugar and plum, fig and other dark fruits on the nose. Sweet flavor with a little bit of funk to it. Very crisp and refreshing. Not very heavy compared to other beers with a similar flavor profile. very nice.

Bottled. Deep amber coloured.Small brown dense head. aroma of fruits, caramel, light roast, light spice and some yeast. Flavour of sweetness, roast, fruits, caramel, Medium to full bodied. Dry roasty and sweet fruityness in the end.
