Tasted at the big “SeaBass has got to go” tasting. Pours hazy light gold with white head. The aroma is sugary malts, pears and spicy yeast. The taste is pretty soft on the palate and opens up with yeast spiciness, apples and pears and then moving a touch peppery too. Nice smooth drinkin’ brew

A: The pour is a cloudy golden orange color with a massive white head.
S: Lots of phenols and spice to the nose, seems to be some coriander, ginger, pepper, and maybe clove. There’s quite a bit of fruit as well, particularly banana and citrus. A great malt aroma providing plenty of bread which works well with the yeast.
T: Starts off quite sweet with candi sugar and caramel, along with a nice breadiness. The fruit character is here also and I get pears, apples, and some slight banana. The spices are here also, though not as well defined as on the nose.
M: The body is medium with a moderate to high level of carbonation.
D: My second beer from these guys and the second one I have found to be quite good. Hope they can keep that trend going...

Hazy orange/ yellow layered color with white foam. Big citrusy lemonade, dry hay, mild barnyard cheese aromas. medium bodied. Mostly sweet flavors of ginger ale, lemonade, bready pils malt. Thanks again mar for this bottle.

Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light to moderate bitter with a long to average duration, acrid fruity bitter, yeasty and hoppy spicy. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.
