Cask Stillage at the RUFC, Macclesfield 08/05/2004 Dark to mid brown colour and slightly hoppy. Some bitterness in a dry finish.

[Cask at Volunteers Arms, GBBF 2004] A red-brown beer with a nice light brown head. The aroma is sweet malty combined with some roasted notes. The flavor contains notes of chocolate and berries, leading to a dry roasted finish.
