Apperance: Golden yellow with almost no head.
Aroma: Citric notes, Exotic fruits, and hint of pine and hay.
Taste: Diacetyl, Caramel, Wort, and some citric notes.
Palate: Liquid is thin with medium carbonation and has a bitter finish.
Is the beer supposed to taste like this? Feels like it hasn’t been fermented properly.

Bottled@omhper. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is bready malts, some vegetables, mild floral and grassy notes. Flavour is wood, some earth, mild maltyness as well as some grains. Quite watery and a bit bulkish feeling to it.

Bottled, thanks jolo! Pale yellow, minimal head. Dry and light bodied. Crisp and fresh with slight spicy hops and medium bitterness. Refreshing, but almost shy.

Slight bit hazy yellow color, white head. Sweet, vegetable scent. sweet, butter, vegetable taste. Dry finish. Moussy mouthfeel, medium bitterness.

Sample at omhper’s testing. . Pours yellow with no real head. Smells honey and abit cheese. Tastes bubbly and honey malt with a similar finish.

Bottle at omhpers tasting 110930. Golden beer, small white head. Dicaetyl aroma, malty, butter notes. Malty flavor, a bit roasted, some diacetyl. Quite plain and onedimensional.

Pours pale golden no head. Aroma is weak grainy hoppy spicy some fruityness. Flavor is acidy fruity sweet yeasty perry piny oily. Finishes fruity bitter.

Bottle 550ml. A clear golden yellow colour with a medium high smallbubbly head. Avarage carbonation. An aroma of hay, fruit and some earthy notes. The taste is medium bitter. A medium body with a long finish

550ml shouldered crown cap bottle, bought at a farmer’s market in Stellenbosch, South Africa. They currently commission two beers from Boston Breweries in Cape Town. Both were selling well to ordinary market goers. An above average blond lager brewed for regular drinkers so as to establish a base from which to build a microbrewing scene that can pay its way in this most conservative of beer drinking cultures.
