On tap at Das Bierhaus. Clear amber with a thin off-white head. Aroma of caramel, yeast and mild fruit. Taste is a touch bland with burnt malt, light fruit, yeast and very low bitterness. There was something weird about this one, can’t quite pinpoint it.

On draught at the Das Bierhaus in Menomonie, Wisconsin. Pours a semi-clear golden pale colored brew with a creamy white head that leaves behind some excellent lacing. Aroma of Belgian yeast, a hint of golden grain malt, touch of vanilla and banana. Taste is medium to full bodied, plenty of Belgian yeast flavor, banana and then some golden grain Bohemian pils malt, Finish contains no candi sugar, that yields a light and crisp aftertaste with some Belgain yeast flavors. To enjoy this one best, it must be served and drink when freshly kegged and tapped. This one can show some signs of infection if not served fresh. Review is based on the fresh inaugrational batch.
