Bottle at Chriso Pre GBBF shindig 2011. Milky white colour. Aniseed aroma, more like a gin in the flavour. Tasty if a touch hot on the alcohol. Lovely complexity. Very tasty and rather drinkable. Good

Unclear milk white colour with no head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy rice, pineapple, light earty rice, fruit notes. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and light acidic with a long duration, anisseed, coconut, rice, pineapple - fruit. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is fizzy, finish feel is light alcoholic. [20110730]

Sweet, with big fruits, interesting flavor of milk, coconuts, sweet pineapple, anise seed. Fizzy and tingly in a pleasant way. Not as refined as the regular 50, but fun and very tasty.

Bottled@The Chriso Pre-GBBF Shindig 2011 "Donkey Dork Lord Edition". "Lonkero" colour, noi head. Aroma is mild anise, liquorice, some sweet fruity notes as well. Flavour is anise, liquorice, mild coconut as well as soem slight sweet notes.

Bottle at ChrisO’s Pre-GBBF Shindig 2011. Pours cloudy white. Big anise, licorice character to this guy. Creamy sugar in the flavor, underscored by that anise. Medium to full bodied with restrained, sparkling carbonation. Big warming finish, slight sting. Interesting and nifty.

Hats off to Mark for bringing the sakes. I admit to being quite excited to try my sparkling sake. This does not disappoint. Lovely floral character, very gin like. Incredible mouthfeel. Creamy but sparkling. A completely new experience for me. Lightly sweet coconut finish. Really interesting.
