DaSilky1 (2606) - San Diego, California, USA - JUN 23, 2011
Slightly tainted clear pour. Cantelope in the nose with a little ricey kick around the edges, flavors again of sweet melon and ricey alcohol...alcoholic, sweet, but with a melony booziness to it that brings it to refinement. Not too shabby really.

300 ml bottle. Clear pour. Banana, floral and soft spring-like aroma. Smooth, medium body. Less complex than other junmai daiginjou, and has a light alcoholic and rice-flavor finish typical of a lesser sake. Overall a nice and approachable sake
