Tasting at Papsø’s
Cloudy light amber color. Light aroma of vegetables and hemp. Bad flavor of vegetable and cabbage soup, dry finish, with light spicy hemp. Not good.

Hazy orange with a medium beige head. Yeasty aroma with canabis and hops. Flavour like wise. Finished dry.

Bottle 330ml.
Clear medium orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, spicy, light to moderate hoppy, herbs, hemp, light to moderate yeasty. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, peppery. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20100111]

Bottled. A hazy amber beer with a thin white head. The aroma has notes of spices, herbs, and a bit of malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, herb, and spices, leading to a dry spicy finish. Thanks yespr for sharing.

33 cL bottle. Pours cloudy dark orange with a small white head. Aroma is mild spiced, floral and vague fruity. Sweet, citric and mild herbal flavoured. Bitter and slight citric finish.
