COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Experimental English Pale Ale using a Belgian Strain yeast. This give it a bit more estery character than the other English Pale Ales.

On draught at the Dave’s BrewFarm tap room. Pours a hazy brownish amber colored brew with a creamy beige head that slowly dissipates and leaves behind some nice lacing. Aroma of Belgian yeast, caramel malt, a toch of pear, and marzipan. Taste is medium to full bodied, soft carbonation with flavors of caramel malt, Belgian yeast, a hint of banana and clove. Finish is malty, semi-sweet with a light floral hop and Belgian yeast aftertaste. My favorite of the three XPA series.
