Pils and Carared malts, Santiam and Crystal hops all fermented with a Kolsch yeast. Light, with a mild hop note. Another in the Session Series.

Tap at Daveís Brewfarm. I get the un-enviable task of entering this into the database, which means I get to (have to) pick the style category. Dave and I talked about this one, and he said the style is "Brewfarm style" (he doesnít brew to a certain style). Didnít see that in the dropdown list, so Iím going with Amber Ale. Maybe Dave will send in a correction to that, but I really think he couldnít care less what you call it, as long as you call it good. Which it is. Murky amber pour with a white head. Caramel notes with a touch of hop. Good session brew.
