Approximately 2 oz. pour, on tap at the BrewFarm. Consumed on 12-21-13. Roasted malts and dry hops in the aroma. The maple really comes out on multiple sniffs. Pours dark brown, nearly black. Very little head. Woody, tart taste features tobacco and maple flavors. Keeps getting better on multiple sips. Roasted malt finish. Not overpowering with the maple. Soft in the palate. A bit lively, but less so than some of the others I tried from the brewery on the same day.
