Tap at Dave’s Brewfarm. Hazy orange pour with a small soapy head. Lighter body, carbonation present. Herbs and spices dominate, particularly cardamom. Very nice brew.

On draught at the brew farm near Wilson, Wisconsin. Pours a semi-clear golden amber colored brew with a thick off-white head that leaves behind some excellent lacing and a cream top. Aroma of multi-grain malt, ginger, light vegetable hops, and a touch of white pepper. Taste is full bodied, with biscuity malt, lemon zest, a touch of yeast and ginger. Finish is very smooth, with some complex aftertastes of ginger, steamed soybeans in pods and then a mild bitterness. Why do I have a craving for some Japanese cuisine all of the sudden?
