COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Similar base malts (but differing quantities) than Matacabras (and different hops as well: Warrior and Vanguard) with the same yeast and a late addition of fresh lemon grass stalks. Malt sweetness with grassy/perfumey flavors. Unique. 9.6% ABV.

On draught at the Dave’s BrewFarm near Wilson, Wisconsin. Pours a hazy brownish amber colored brew with a fast dissolving off-white head that leaves behind a creamy top head and some spotty lacing. Aroma is slightly fruity, flowery hops, sweet multi-grain malt and a hint of lemongrass. Taste is medium to full bodied, smooth, with flavors of fruity apples, honey, a hint of candi sugar and lemon. Finish is semi-sweet with a fruity pear/apple with lemon aftertaste that slowly disappears.
