On draught at the brew farm near Wilson, Wisconsin. Pours a semi-clear golden amber colored brew with a fast dissolving off-white head that leaves behind a thin and spotty lacing. Aroma of multi-grain malt, some carameled sugar, vanilla and some light tropical fruit. Taste is medium to full bodied, soft carbonation with flavors of light yeast, sugar, multi-grain malt, and a touch of dark pitted fruits. Finish is semi-sweet then a balanced malt and fruity aftertaste. Yes, even a touch of the old sweet dandelion wine I used to make back in high school.
