"Hey, you got dandelions in my clover!"
"No, you got your clover in my dandelions!"
Late season botanical saison with pale caramel and victory malts. Czech Premaint and Ahtanum hops, clover honey and dark brown sugarm and a late addition of dandelions and red clover flower. Our farewell to summer.

On tap at the Old Fashioned. Clear amber with a thin off-white head. Aroma is sweet and malty and a mashup of weeds, floral hops and vegetation with spice lurking in the background. Taste more malted than hoppy with caramel, dark fruit, floral hops, spices, dandelion and mild bitterness on the finish.

ABR 2010. Inspired by Fantome, maybe? Cloudy brown color. Huge head on top of this beer. Nice aroma with cloves and light spice, as well as yeast. This has a dry flavor, the dandelion is unmistakable. More cloves, some earth, and considerable yeast. Well done.
