COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Fall seasonal featuring all BrewFarm estate-grown hops. Fresh-hopped with Centennial, Fuggle, Santium, and Horizon hops. Brewed with pale, Victory and caramel 90 malts and fermented with French Saison yeast. A BrewFarm first!

On tap at Dave’s Brew Farm. Murky chestnut with a creamy thick tan topper that slowly fades away. Aroma is floral and a tad wild with caramel, yeast and some mild fruit. Taste is fruity and grassy with honey a strong floral presence and a bit of light hops. Good stuff.

A lightly sour saison with some complexity. There is a sour grain character, but also considerable yeast. Dry herbal/plant quality, some grass and wildflowers.
