On draught at the brew farm near Wilson, Wisconsin. Pours a semi-clear golden pale colored brew with a thick and rocky white head that really sticks around and even leaves a thick lacing. Aroma of golden grain malt, hefeweizen yeast, banana esters and a hint of clove. Taste is light to medium bodied, with flavors of golden grain malt, bubble gum, banana esters with some floral hops. Finish is semi-dry, mild bitterness with banana and yeast aftertaste. Definitely a light hefeweizen profile without any wheat . This is a first.
