COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The marriage of beer and wine (kinda...). Kolsch yeast, Pale and Victory malts , Styrian Celeia and Bobek hops, and a late addition of BrewFarm-grown Edelweiss white grape juice. Crisp and refreshing!

On tap at Dave’s Brew Farm. Murky maize with a thin off-white topper. Aroma is in typical Brew Farm labyrinthine style with tannins, weeds, grains, grapes, malt and light yeast. Taste is floral and vegetal with some tannin-like qualities as well and who knows what else. Dry finish.
