DYCSoccer17 (1996), Davis, California, USA Oct 6, 2005 On tap at the brewpub with a 5oz sample. Mildly floral hoppiness in the nose, but very faint. Maybe a bit of citrus notes are also presesnt. Aroma needs to stand out more. Transparent yellow/blonde color with a whitish head. Slight floral/peppert hops to start, turning a bit maltier and somewhat milky to finish. Nice mouthfeel, crisp and clean. Refreshing for the style. Miguel (1181), Sorel-Tracy, Quebec, Canada May 9, 2005 Mousse fugace. Bière trouble. Bonne présence du houblon. Corps bien présent. Une bonne bière en soi. GonZoBeeR (1986), ste-Eulalie, Quebec, Canada May 9, 2005 Aroma:caramel and butter...

Lubiere (3146), Ottawa, Ontario, Canada Oct 14, 2004 April 2004. Very fresh malt with citrusy qualities, very fresh. Very fresh malt with butterscotch notes and floral hops in after taste and caramel. Medium bodied. MartinT (4241), Montreal, Quebec, Canada Apr 29, 2004 Sweet, fruity malt playing off of the citrus and pine hoppiness...Earth tones competently links it all together and even a few litchis bud every once in a while...Stretching its purpose of drinkability further to the realms of pleasant tastings...
